About the FY2025 "Subsidy for Group Tours"
Regarding the application for the "Subsidy for Group Sightseeing Bus Tours" as part of the FY2025 Niihama City Stay-Based Travel Product Sales Promotion Project Subsidies will be provided within budgetary limits for group tours departing and arriving outside Niihama City using chartered buses that meet the eligibility criteria.
(The deadline will be when the budget is reached in the order of grant decision.)

<Application process>
❶ Submit the "Bus Tour Subsidy Application Form" (Form No. 1) along with the supporting documents to the Niihama City Tourism and Products Association (Inc.) at least 10 days before the tour date .
* Attached documents: ① Recruitment flyer ② Transportation application form, etc.
② Once the grant has been confirmed, our association will send you a “Bus Tour Subsidy Grant Decision Notice” (Form No. 2).
3) After the target group trip is carried out, within 30 days from the date of completion of the project or by March 15 of the relevant year , whichever is earlier.
Submit the "Bus Tour Subsidy Performance Report" (Form No. 4) along with the supporting documents to the Tourism and Products Association.
※Attached documents: ① Final tour itinerary
② Documents proving the amount of bus fare paid
③Tourist facility usage certificate (Form No. 4-1)
④ Accommodation certificate (Form No. 4-2)
⑤ Survey
At the same time, submit the "Bus Tour Subsidy Application Form" (Form No. 5).
⑤ After reviewing the application documents, the grant will be paid.
