[Minetopia Besshi] October and November Tonaru Hiking Tour
Minetopia Besshi will be holding a guided hiking tour of Todaira in October and November.
Located at an altitude of about 750m, Tonaru was the base for completing the modernization of the Besshi Copper Mine from the latter half of the Meiji period through to the Taisho period.
This is a very valuable tour where you can enjoy hiking with a guide through the remains of the homes of approximately 5,000 people who lived around the summit about 50 years ago.
