Regarding the reopening of Tonaira Memorial Hall
The road closure on the Kawamata Higashihira City Road caused by Typhoon No. 10 has been lifted, so the Higashihira Memorial Hall will resume operations as follows:
Opening days: Regular business hours from Saturday, September 7th ( 10:00-17:00)
