Regarding the closure of the Ehime Marugoto Bicycle Path [Arai Oshima 1-Lane Course]
On the Ehime Margoto Bicycle Path's loop course around Nii-Oshima, the coastal road on the west side of Oshima was closed due to a landslide that occurred in April 2024. However, on July 3, 2024, a landslide also occurred on the eastern coastal road, making it impassable. As such, for the time being, the eastern coastal road will also be closed to traffic, including pedestrians.
