■Important notice for everyone attending the venue

1. Reserve a spot Please do not reserve a spot on the bicycle or pedestrian paths on the riverbed.
Also, please do not use stones from the riverbed to weigh down picnic sheets, etc., as they will hinder passage and use of the riverbed after the fireworks display has ended.

2. Traffic restrictions: Only pedestrians are allowed on Shikishima Bridge. If you live within the restricted area and wish to drive a vehicle on the bridge during restricted hours, you will need a permit from the police station.

3. Restricted Areas Restricted areas are dangerous, so please do not enter them under any circumstances. If you enter a restricted area, the fireworks may be canceled. In addition, the riverbed between Hiragata Bridge and Shikishima Bridge is dangerous due to the accumulation of explosives, so passage through the riverbed will be prohibited all day. In addition, please do not enter the soccer ground on the left bank south of Hiragata Bridge or the grand golf course on the right bank south of Shintaka Bridge.

4. Designated parking lots: There are designated parking lots on the riverbank, but to avoid congestion, please use parking lots outside the riverbank.
*Please be sure to use the designated parking lots as parking on the street will cause inconvenience to our neighbors.

5. Toilets Toilets around the venue are located on the second floor of the Civic Gymnasium and on both sides of the riverbed.

6. Please bring a garbage bag and take your garbage home with you.
*Every year, the day after the fireworks display, the venue is littered with empty cans and other rubbish. These piles of rubbish are cleared away with the help of volunteers, including members of the local community association and elementary and junior high school students.
At this year's fireworks display, we ask for your cooperation in ensuring a waste-free display by holding a fan in one hand and a bag for taking trash home in the other.

7. In order to ensure the safety of spectators and the smooth running of the event, the use of wirelessly operated flying objects such as drones is prohibited at the venue during the fireworks display. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
The area around the fireworks display site will be very crowded. It is extremely dangerous to walk while looking at the screen of a smartphone or mobile phone, so please refrain from doing so under any circumstances.
Please be aware that depending on the wind direction, embers from the fireworks may fly around the launch site.
