□ Tokiko Kato Profile
She made her debut as a singer while studying at Tokyo University in 1965. She has produced many hit songs, including "A Million Roses," "Shiretoko Tabijyou," and "Toki ni Mukashi wo Hanashi." She has been active as one of Japan's leading artists, including a successful concert at Carnegie Hall in New York. She appeared as an actress in "Izakaya Choji" and also showed her charm as a voice actress in Hayao Miyazaki's "Porco Rosso." Charity album "On the Endless Earth" (TOKIKO RECORDS), new book "School of Sa-Ka-Sa" (Jiji Press Publishing Bureau), YouTube Tokiko's "Tsuchi no Hi" live broadcast is streamed on the 11th of every month. 2025 will mark her 60th anniversary as a singer.
