Regular special exhibition "Architect Noguchi Magoichi and Higurashi Villa"
Designed by Noguchi Magoichi, a leading architect of the Meiji period, the Higurashi Villa is a simple yet elegant building influenced by the Arts and Crafts movement. In conjunction with the "Arts and Crafts and Design" exhibition at Niihama City Museum of Art, the Higurashi Villa Memorial Museum will be exhibiting panels introducing the architect Noguchi Magoichi and the Higurashi Villa, which holds great significance in the history of modern Japanese architecture. *1. Closed on Mondays and public holidays (open on public holidays). *2.
