A special exhibition commemorating the 5th anniversary of the opening of the Higurashi Bettei Memorial Museum is being held.
“The Thoughts of Sumitomo’s Predecessors Here and Now: Sustainable Initiatives Connecting to the Future” Sumitomo has faced many difficulties in its long history of approximately 430 years since its founding, but our predecessors never succumbed to any hardships. We have bravely faced these challenges and paved the way for the future. The Sumitomo Group, which has received this task, continues to move toward a brighter future. At the root of this sustainable business was a business ethos that matched the modern idea of SDGs. This time, we would like to introduce its long history and current Sumitomo Group initiatives, linking them to the SDGs.
